No, not in the traditional sense, but we are definitely expecting!&#160; We received confirmation today of our official Log In Date (LID) ~~ 09/07/07.&#160; Very exciting!!&#160; This date is the one we will live, eat, and breathe now.&#160; It is what China bases everything on, and represents our place &quot;in line&quot; to receive&#160;the referral of our daughter.&#160; This is what we have been waiting for...&#160; After all the gathering of paperwork and fine tuning each detail, this is the place where we can breathe a little.&#160; Now there is nothing more that we have control over ~ which I can assure you is both annoying and very freeing.&#160; This now becomes an exercise in patience and faith.&#160; I do pretty well in the faith department since I know God is orchestrating the whole thing anyway, but, for those of you who know me well, PATIENT I AM NOT!!!!&#160; The current wait time for a referral is at 21 months and climbing.&#160; When we looked into this process, it was a wait time of 12-14 months.&#160; This will definitely be a growth period for me, and a time to dive into a LOT of projects around the house to occupy my time!&#160; What a slacker!!&#160; I have reason to post now, though!&#160; This site is changing, and will continue to undergo changes as I remodel it to fit what&#39;s occurring in our lives as we continue the process of adoption...&#160;</p> <p>We were just informed by Carol at Faith International Adoptions that our Dossier has left the United States for China as of yesterday (September 4, 2007), and we should be getting our official Log In Date (LID) within a week or two!!&#160; Very exciting to us, though just another step toward getting &quot;in line&quot; to receive the&#160;referral of our daughter.&#160; Soon, we&#39;ll officially be waiting!!&#160; Goodness...</p> <p>Anyway, just wanted to update things a bit.&#160;
